Date: 2017-05-25 11:14 pm (UTC)It's nothing to worry about. You might even consider it an opportunity. Singing was a way for me to speak up in ways that I couldn't back home. I think.. at least in this case, it might be important for people to hear what I had to say when I wrote some of them, but I can't sing them myself anymore. I was wondering if I could write the music out for you and you could sing them for me?
[ Because a lot of them are about her father and how he made her feel. She can't outright state how he treats her, and she knows a lot of people are already wary of him, but.. it might be good to give people some idea that he's not the type of person they want to put in office. ]
They're good songs, I promise, and I won't charge you for singing them. If my father says otherwise, he doesn't own the rights to my music and you can send him to me.
